Decent benefits, good pay, and a large amount of freedom depending on what location you work at. Extremely reliable industry to always have a job, no matter what happens in the economy. Are not shy about giving out raises and do their best to provide you with the best tools to accomplish your job.
Cons
Some benefits are slowly being taken away. Benefits that matter to employees possibly more than EP believes. Most locations are small with no real opportunities for advancement. Use a horribly skewed way of tracking billable hours to judge performance and will use it against you on occasion
