      If you’re new to Automotive industry it’s a good start here to learn things.

      Cons

      Poor management team. No performance reviews no salary increments and no appreciation for a job well done. They would call you anyday/anytime to work and expect us to show up. There is literally no work/life balance.

      Great mentorship within management, team environment on the floor. I feel like my coworkers care about me and I about them. Very Cohesive.

      Confusion, lack of clear directions from management.

      Good people and company to work for.

      Cons

      A bit on the lower end of the pay scale for this kind of manufacturing. Dirty greasy job. No coveralls are issued. Limited tools, if you need them you have to supply them.
