This is a company to work at for 1 - 2 years max for well-educated people w/out practical experience. Or for 2 and more years for employees with average skills. - free car parking - nice office location - big parties
Cons
This is a "family company", but in Ukrainian corrupted reality it results in nepotism. Other cons - very low salary - two-faced top managers - overcrowded office - almost no room for rest
