Pros
Higher salary than average, while doing easy monotonous works. Good for someone who don't really care about developing your skills or your position in the company.
Cons
- They pretend to be 'open for ideas.' But in fact, they just want a 'yes, sir!' employee. They will tell you that they 'want' your feedback/input, when it's really just a lip service. When you try to push further, they just shout at you and basically tell you to shut up. This kind of treatment especially happens to women of color in this company.
- Unclear direction from management, they don't have a set of direction, except for just "following the boss' order."
- They will shower you with free healthy chips, healthy drink like kombucha, lunch, etc. But you have to sell your soul to the devil. These treats are to make you blindly follow orders/directions. If you are fine with being stomped on, as long as you get the ok amount of salary, then this place is for you.
