      Pros

      Been working at elements for a couple a months now and the atmosphere is amazing. Everyone helps each other out, it’s such a great environment. Great opportunity to progress if you put in the hard work.

      Pros

      You work with awesome people, in a great work environment with happy up pace environment. The CEO, Marshall, works with everyone to not only grow the company, but to grow you as a individual. There is plently of room to grow and open up your own office. Highly recommend taking any position with the company

      Easy job, can take your time working on items, normally alone in office

      communication wasn't always the best, the tasks were very random sometimes
