Pros
Learned alot about business strategy quickly (what to do and what not to do) to take forward to other opportunities.
Cons
Business changes strategy and people far too often and without providing and understanding to the broader employee base. Culture is poor and does not foster collaboration, teamwork, or passion/pride in your job or employer. Employees are unsupported by leadership. Advancements are based on personality and not capabilities.
