Very friendly environment, helpful co workers, convenient location. Paid training program with an approach that ensures those that pay attention to detail will have success. Good pay opportunities for entry level qualified individuals. Honesty is rewarded and a level of understanding in moments that are vulnerable. Stable job, company isn’t going anywhere. If your expectations coexist within your hourly rate or salary. Then it’s overall not a bad job.

Changes within management and rapid growth have left some individuals “in the dust”. Uncertainty of direction is the perception that has been given to me through our multiple group and company meetings. Inconsistent leadership within each rank. Very selective on work from home opportunities. Certain level on entitlement & ego for some. Procedural nightmare for some. 24/7 business so expect to work days that other fields would normally have off. Bonuses aren’t enticing for individuals that are not in desperate need of extra money.
