Pros

Close to amenities and highways. Some really good people to work alongside. Can't think of much else to say to make up 20 words of Pros but this should do it.

Cons

Management does not care for it's employees. Employees have not integrated well and are resentful of each other's ways, old and new. Employees are on edge about their jobs as cuts happen often. Poor distribution of work loads. No positive reinforcements; only the negative dwelled on. Poor IT support as previous reviewer mentioned. Another reviewer mentioned that experience is taken over education but I have to agree with that approach to hiring as hands on experience outweighs education. Another reviewer commented on the poor benefits but I think that is because they had it too good before at one of the acquired companies and did not appreciate it. So much waste of money and time witnessed here. Too many Executive titles, probably with executive salaries. No one seems to be accountable for their actions and words

Pros

The MD team and other leaders are an absolute trustworthy group. The people at Element are what make Element awesome. The Advisory team is highly intelligent, the pricing team is competitive and wants to win deals. Customers are at the forefront of the employees at Element.

Cons

The CEO is leading the company into the ground. The pay has been changed so many times on the sales team and not for the better. No clear distinction on how they get paid. Game changes mid play. CEO made a promise to the street she can't keep and now everyone suffers. She's single handedly destroying the morale of this company.
