Pros

• opportunity growth • free snacks, alot of snacks • money pay grade • they like to do alot of work events to keep it less stressful • some people are nice, some act nice but I have heard talking behind other back being judgmental

Cons

• new managers are rude and people are scared to report them to not loose their job. • one manager screamed at an employee across the department for check the time for the time. Everyone looked away scared to loose their job • new managers are actually supervisors personal friend and you can tell they have low experience on their department • projects can get hectic and with minimal help from management

Thank you for your response. We certainly have a number of PROS when working at Elemental LED! I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. It has been my experience that Managers are on the floor helping employees and are actively engaged in solving problems. We support managers and are engaged in their professional development throughout their journey. Voices might be raised to hear over all of the noise within the Operations Center, but I appreciate you sharing how this might be perceived differently. Your feedback is valued and I encourage you to reach out to HR@elementalled.com should you have additional input to further enhance an employees' experience.

Pros

Great co-workers, decent salary, good mentorship

Cons

Management did several turnovers during my time so it was a bit chaotic, but they handled it with grace.

Pros

Benefits are decent and pay is higher than most for the assembly position

Cons

What the company calls "Growing Pains" is much more akin to cancer. I stayed with them for a year, and in that time what was once a really easy job, became harder and harder. Managers took away tools we need to complete the task because one person made a mistake with them. supplies and accessories were moved to the other side of the warehouse increasing employee walking time. required daily piece counts were raised. some fixtures could take 5 minutes to build and others could take a few hours. you still need to get 50+ pieces out, or you receive a written warning. Collaboration, being part of their core values, is frowned upon, as management sees talking as wasted time, assembly benches are set up to minimize coworker interactions. Assembly technician 2 is a title used to placate those looking to grow with the company and you will most likely receive the title within your first year, if you give it your all. Assembly Technician 3 is an unachievable goal, as you are required to know every process and machine in the factory and be able to train anyone on them, a responsibility greater than what is required of the engineers.
