Pros

Great franchisees who (for the most part) are passionate about the brand and appreciative for any/all support.

Cons

Progress is seriously limited due to a few key personalities at the Support Center and anyone who challenges them is viewed as "being difficult to work with" and ignored until they finally give up and stop trying so hard. 90% of the Corporate office has no understanding or appreciation of the work done in the field.

Pros

Everyone that I worked with was very pleasant. Very low stress when working at the front desk, a very easy job.

Cons

Leadership is not present. They have other employees train you with minimal hands on, confusing starting hours to follow in multiple text messages over other messages received by owner. I informed the owner that I could start right away but I did have drs appt to go to and she was fine with that. Just to let her know. So having to work and trying to move around appts as I could, which again, owner new about got me fired. After telling me that Fri and Saturdays were my days off she fired me because I couldn’t do one Friday. She text allll throughout the day which is extremely distracting. She even texts you at 5-6am giving instructions for the day. Individually and on group texts! Not a clean facility.
