CEO and senior leadership dont value you at all, they are lossing many clients and due that they include a clause in there contract called hibernation (wasnt explained at all during the interview process) which means they can pause your contract anytime they wish, they also kept asking people to agree to a pay cut and when I refused i was informed by my manager is this is terrible and it would have a negative impact on you. I would 100% avoid this company at all cost, save yourself the headache and do not join this company.
