Steer Clear - Client Services Elephant Employee Review

Elephant struggles to hold onto employees, with average turnover hovering under 1 year. Company culture is lacking (basically non-exisentent) and the company struffles to support and mentor junior level employees. Leadership does not know how to delegate and there are a number of individuals that have God-complexes. I have never seen so many people dislike the company that they are working for and have little respect for management. While Elephant is multi-cultural it is not very diverse and struggles to foster diversity and inclusion. While they have some interesting clients and projects, overall company moral is incredibly low.
