      if you want to make some fast money by writting and fixing monkey code - EHS is a place to go

      Cons

      CEO thinks that he is God and the best employer in IT world, perhaps thats why he is screaming and swearing at his workers every day (he calls it "motivation"). Atmosphere of stress and pressure in the offce. Poor environment, hacked software. No adequate benefits and vacation days. Instant scapegoating from the head office.

      Pros

      No Pros at all, I lasted there around 8 months wouldn't work there at all. At the beginning you just think that he is kidding

      Cons

      The CEO is basically a seriously ill man, you are attracted as a 'smart' company, but he doesn't hesitate to rant insults, mistreat you and treat you. His orders were either ambiguous or being yelled. Terrible place to work.
