Pros
I am here simply because the pay is great though for what I go through I need more.
Cons
I have been a dedicated employee of this organization for several years, during which time I have consistently put in my best effort to contribute to the company's success, specifically CUS > service operations. I have volunteered to assist in department projects, worked overtime hours assisting in other department backlogs and consistently strived to exceed expectations and with that earned accelerated progressions by meeting those very expectations. I have always believed in the values of hard work and commitment, which I thought were appreciated and acknowledged in our workplace. Over 6 years I have consistently worked hard and been dedicated, yet despite this, I have been passed over for multiple internal opportunities, and my request for feedback have not received a response. I have expressed to management several times that staying stationary in my current function is impeding my ability to advance, but my requests to fulfill other functions in my role have been met with silence. I've observed how employees in my department with less seniority, expertise, and experience be promoted and managers turn a blind eye when questioned. I truly wish they would shine a light on the National OOS Large group teams those managers in Indiana need to be replaced. The OE’s and so called SMe’s. All of them. There was a time when this company earned the recognition of being one of the best places to work. Today’s Elevance Health is horrible. Career advancement has been limited. Management is atrocious. The agents they are employing is reckless in a sense they do not care about the members. And the CLAIMS area I don’t know if they are off shore or what but they don’t even know how to formulate sentences. This company has lost sense of all of their core values. I would not recommend today. And NO I will not submit a request to ART. Why? Because I need my job. These bills be billing
