There is a lot of nepotism in this company. This company was started by an Indian national and sold to Anthem/Elevance. Many unqualified people, especially in IT, have been hired and retained simply because they are related to a manager, director or C level and because they are Indian. There are many good but also incompetent managers in positions they are not qualified for, especially in IT. When my position was eliminated, there were no one on work visas eliminated. One (White) woman had worked there for 16 years, There is no loyalty from management. Training is non-existent too. My manager had zero confidence in his staff and insisted vendors to be present during most upgrades/installations.
