In my 15 years as a professional, this is the first time I am writing a review on here. I am doing this so others do not go through the experience I had with this company. - When I got an email from their HR, asking me for positive review here on glassdoor about their company , I knew then that there was something fishy going on. Why would the HR ask an employee to come online and give them positive reviews just 2 weeks into the contract? - They are so cheap and would go any length to reduce your payrate so that they can maximize their profit. They would even ask you to take a side job to supplement your income, just so they could reduce your pay. They don't give a damn if this affects your performance to their client. - To them it is all about making money. They would get a contract with a California based client and wouldn't want to pay California rate for local employees but would rather ship the job offshore to India where they would pay them pennies. - They would not sync with their employees to ask how things are going with work. There is no bond or relationship between them and their employees. - So many issues with inaccurate paychecks almost every month. I would have to escalate everytime concerning paycheck issues. This company is very incompetent. - They would wait until days before your contract is ending and then they would contact you(via phone call and not via email because they don't want any trace) to accept a 50% decrease in your pay rate. They would force you and try to convince you to accept over the phone. They won't even give you time to digest the information. - They are crooks. Would never recommend anyone to work for them.
