Pros

Good Work Culture as we are encouraged to work as team, open communication. We have lot learning opportunities on the job and also company encourage to do lot of certifications as well . Work Life balance In Covid times, we have grown as organisation in terms of revenue & people. Company has great policies for covid effected employees In QTR Townhalls , All the goals & financial growth is shared with all employees which results in great visibility

Cons

Lots of work meetings, We have always worked in Hybird model. This working style is not new to us.

Pros

Parking was free no lunch provided though. Staffing coordinator was at least nice. Other than that needs improvement.

Cons

Terrible experience our schedule changed multiple times. First we were working 4-5 days a week for multiple weeks. Then before event they changed it to just 6 total shifts. Then the day before the second event they canceled everyone. It was also very hot and they didn’t provide full size water bottles. Just a small pack of minis. Which for 10 adults that’s not acceptable especially when you sent a memo out the day prior preaching water hydration because of the heat advisory. Thankfully, I was smart enough to go to first aid to get us water since it was 90 outside. Also not enough equipment to service guests. Lots of angry customers.
