Pros

What truly sets Elevate K-12 apart is its unwavering commitment to innovation and collaboration. The culture is transparent, supportive, and deeply focused on growth—not just for the company, but for every individual. I feel genuinely heard here. My ideas are welcomed, my contributions are valued, and recognition from leadership is both meaningful and motivating. It’s empowering to be part of a team that believes in the work we do and the impact we make.

Cons

Elevate K-12 is constantly evolving. Processes, priorities, and tools can shift quickly to meet market needs. While this pace of change might feel challenging at times, it also creates exciting opportunities for those who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy being part of building something new.

Pros

I can't think of a single one. It was an easy gig to get?

Cons

Based in India and operated according to Indian corporate norms. That should be enough to drive anyone away. It's an absolute farce of a company. They want to pay minuscule amounts of money for high-quality curriculum. The curriculum writer is, effectively, an instructional designer with full teaching qualifications and teaching experience (often in multiple states), but the pay is absolute garbage. The systems are also incredibly confusing because no one seems to want to pay for a workable, user-friendly interface.
