Pros

Flexible schedule for hired teachers.

Cons

Where to start..... Poor technology. Not guaranteed to have a job assignment the following year. ( don't sign up. unless you have a secondary job) it is contract work so you have to pay taxes. Some poor leadership. Some leaders with horrible attitudes, I was in a zoom and was having trouble logging into a session. And one of the ladies commented in the chat "probably distracted by your phone." Assumptions! and Unprofessional. If you ask about not being assigned no one will give you a straight answer. They are about getting as many schools to pay an sign up for their program, they don't really care as they say. If you do Reciprocity, you can only be reimbursed if you are assigned a class. I believe they have poor management when it comes to hiring, and leaving teachers just out there to question what is truly going on. If your a math teacher, with no class assignment. They don't even allow you an opportunity to sub any classes only for stand by, which is extremely rare.
