Pros

Snacks, huge office that is empty 90% of the time, gym in office.

Cons

A lot of the recent reviews are extremely accurate but I would like to share some current up to date information on Elevate K12. Since I have started, we have had three title changes. Sales development representative, educational consultant and partnership associate. They promote individuals on the team based on favorability and solely on the fact of when they need someone in a new position. The company will keep things behind the curtains until they are ready to release information and when it is favorable for them to do so. We are constantly being told to “stay hungry” and to make sure we hit our quotas., Since I have started, over a year ago, we have had three professional development days called, “Closing Camp”. Here we watch the same YouTube video each time and take notes on key points. If you are looking to learn new things and grow as a sales professional, Elevate is the last place you should choice. As for the account executive side, they give extremely false OTE numbers. Please reach out to current account executives on LinkedIn about their accurate OTE numbers. Commission comes when the school districts pay and many schools have not paid and refuse to do so. All of the account executives are missing commission and still waiting on large paychecks. If you are joining as an AE, please know that you will not have anyone to directly report to. Please read all recent negative reviews before you even consider Elevate K-12.

Pros

I can't think of a single one. It was an easy gig to get?

Cons

Based in India and operated according to Indian corporate norms. That should be enough to drive anyone away. It's an absolute farce of a company. They want to pay minuscule amounts of money for high-quality curriculum. The curriculum writer is, effectively, an instructional designer with full teaching qualifications and teaching experience (often in multiple states), but the pay is absolute garbage. The systems are also incredibly confusing because no one seems to want to pay for a workable, user-friendly interface.
