Opportunities for professional development. 5. Competitive salary and benefits package. Overall, I would recommend working at Elevate K-12 to others. The company culture is great!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding at times and the deadlines can be tight. There is a lot of scope to increase brand visibility. It's worth noting that these are relatively minor concerns and Elevate K-12 is definitely an excellent place to work.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
