- Catered lunch on Weds - Amazing Office Manager who is really funny - Fun environment and located in a hot spot for shopping; walking distance to the lake! - Annual cheesecake from the VP of People

- No 401k match (typical for start ups) - No monthly cheesecakes from the VP of People

Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

Cons

Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
