      Listen to employees and makes adjustments for what is best for company AND employees.

      Cons

      Did have some major restructuring that created uncertainty for employees, but changes have been made to make a more solid foundation to build from.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
