Leadership is open to input and encourages cross-functional collaboration. Results-Driven Culture: Results matter, and top performance is recognized. It’s motivating to work alongside high achievers. Innovation & Technology: The company invests in tools and platforms that make it easier to work efficiently and provide real-time insights for customers.

Cons

Fast paced, growing pains: Processes and structures evolve rapidly, which can sometimes create ambiguity and shifting priorities. Workload Intensity: The pace is fast, and expectations are high, which can be energizing but may challenge work-life balance during peak seasons of the school year.

I can't think of a single one. It was an easy gig to get?

Cons

Based in India and operated according to Indian corporate norms. That should be enough to drive anyone away. It's an absolute farce of a company. They want to pay minuscule amounts of money for high-quality curriculum. The curriculum writer is, effectively, an instructional designer with full teaching qualifications and teaching experience (often in multiple states), but the pay is absolute garbage. The systems are also incredibly confusing because no one seems to want to pay for a workable, user-friendly interface.
