Pros

No pros at all. All lies!

Cons

Everything. This job is a pyramid scheme in a multi level marketing scam. Believe the other reviews because they are 100% true. They lie to you about standing out against 1200 other applicants and you were selected out of 20 people for a second round of interviews which is all a lie. They are not up for it before or during the interview about the job which is a huge red flag. And employer that cannot be upfront about a job is not one that you need to work for because imagine what else they’re willing to lie about. You have to drive your car around which they don’t tell you in the interview and you are not compensated for gas or mileage. Elevation academy, this is dice, and this is caliber marketing is all the same thing and it’s all one big scam. Do not apply to these jobs they are fake and are just sales positions. You will work six days a week you only get one day off and you work from like 9:30 AM to six or 7 PM which is ridiculous. The CEO is also very rude and claims to be a self-made entrepreneur when she is just a big scammer. Another review Said that the interview asked her if she wanted to be small minded and stay within her comfort zone and I 100% believe that she said that because she is so rude. She got upset because I caught onto the scam it was not about to let her scam me. The top level of the scam is a six-figure salary position. She did not give a clear answer on how there was a 40% increase from the second to last position to the top position. I think she makes money off of new recruits which is why I think there’s a 40% increase in salary. A lot of the sales positions are posing as marketing jobs and it’s honestly sickening because they waste peoples time thinking they found a marketing position when it’s really just sales. The base pay is ridiculous I could go to work for a McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A and make way more money. You start off with $400 base pay a week and that is before taxes you are not guaranteed to make the 600+ a week. I am not a child I’m a grown adult and I need to pay that is going to suffice.

Pros

Let me get this straight. This was by far the most fun job i ever had. I love all the people i worked with It was a motivating environment. High pay POTENTIAL FUN ENVIROMENT

Cons

The business is built on lies and they teach you it. The business is clearly a pyramid scheme but they will never tell you upfront that it is. You work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and are still expected to write a paper about your goals for next week on your off day. No guranteed pay. You can literally work 60 hours in one week and make $0. Not to say that happens but i definetly seen individuals work there butt off and only come away with 200-300 dollars. In the interviews they are not upfront about what the business is. In fact once you make it to team leader you are actually advised to not tell the full truth about what an individual will be doing all day. This causes tons of people to leave there first day because they have no idea what they signed up for. Most will probrably work the hardest you worked in your life and wont see the compensation for it.
