      - Very good network and most partners are very approachable and they value your work and opinion. - Great policies for travel and reimbursements.

      Cons

      - Ultra selective in terms of promoting to a track role. - Now it seems like a 2 year stint and nothing more as they have stopped promoting pre-MBAs
