      EC promotes from within, recognizes good work ethic in their employees.

      Not the highest paying, but they make up for it with the diversity and great management.

      Thank you for your review! We strive to be an employer of choice through our culture and benefits to make up for a sometimes lower than average pay rate. We do have tenure bonuses that help after 6 months of employment, and many of our agents have been with us from the beginning!

      Work from home is the only pro

      Cons

      Terrible management. They play favorites, and they have strict daily quotas you have to meet or you get cut instantly. The turnover was insane to watch firsthand.
