Weak business model, shady employers - Esthetician Elevatione Employee Review

The spa was very aesthetically pleasing

Very odd business model. They claim to be a medspa but only allow two aestheticians to perform most of the facials. All the others are confined to two modalities and then forced to try and sell overpriced undervalued products of their own label that contain olive oil and other ingredients that arent the most efficacious. The owner and manager are also untrustworthy

nice location, paid training, great co-workers

really not organized, my 7 year old cousin can schedule six employees better than them.
