Eleventh Hire is a down to earth company that gives their employees all the tools and support they need to be successful without micro-managing or babysitting. They seem to experience very strong retention and low turnover within this industry and they have established, long term clients. In fact, they often will be among the top, or the top, staffing partner for many of their clients. This is a very diverse company and women-owned - always refreshing in the business world. Management and staff are just plain friendly, competent, and hard-working which makes for a great work environment in all.
Cons
They are a 100% remote company which in, this market is great. However, this may not be a benefit for some employees that may struggle with self-direction, accountability or self-oversight. Benefits are in line with recruiting firms of this size, however, usually aren't as comprehensive as larger corporations.
