Pros
The company really allows you room to breath and make decisions of how to best handle your classes. They often have trainers onsite up front to help you while you're getting comfortable with the new job.
Cons
At times there is not enough organization on site. There is not enough of a push for schools to give structure to who is being taught and when. Arguably, while this does happen, management tries to correct it as much as possible.
