Pros
Good for high school grads who are in need of experience - 4-hour shifts in the afternoon and able to build necessary skills for competitive employment.
Cons
At the end of the school year, recruiters will communicate with coaches about ongoing work opportunities. Unfortunately, in my case - I had to advocate for updates constantly, and still no answer until the very last week. This leaves me to say this job is unreliable if you are to seek a stable job.
