reports team leader don't have a vision or a technical background . the team has no communication at all. the team leader has a bad type of micromanagement and don't know how to manage a team in a healthy inviroment. there is no proper handover or shadowing for the new joiners also there is no documentation for the previous work you have to Navigate through everything and do a reverse engineering to understand because of the lake of documentations . the role changed after joining the team.
