      If you can boost your energy to work alone without any support from management, that is the best place to work with

      There is no tracking mechanism, no process driven goal setting, all work were very haphazard, no proper resources to take the charge

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
