      The people, culture, flexibility and development. Average pay for some roles in this area but with a great company benefit package and free lunch

      None come to mind. Elior is a great company to work for. Maybe to relax the office wear and consider office radio

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      The location in which I worked didn't mandate breaks or lunches. Overworked

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
