      you have the chance to get extra NVQ, training and opportunities. Star team members are recognised and motivated to develop within the company.

      Cons

      The lack of preparation and pro activity. We seems to be chancing our tails more than tackling challenge before they appear.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
