Friendly staff - I really enjoyed the people I worked with and we were allowed to have conversations on the floor if it was slow or when there was down time. It's a call center job so there is no physical work. You earn commissions when you sell packages, which adds to your pay check.

Commission goals can be difficult to achieve

Good commission structure. Good job for a college student who is not necessarily interested in a career path.

They do not give you much time to master the product. If you are not meeting their numbers withing the first month or so you could easily get fired.
