      Working remote 2 days a week was nice.

      Cons

      Pay. Promised bonuses that never happened. Promised pay raises that never came. Toxic environment. Co workers are all disgruntled. Company is growing too fast to management to handle.

      Have heard displeasure from most current employees as the culture has completely changed as well as the quality and innovation. Feels stale.
