Very easy job, can be stressful at times. Clients are usually very grateful for the service and the job feels very rewarding. You'll definitely meet some great people and have plenty of stories to tell. Never once felt like I've been subject to micromanaging and plenty of freedom to make your own decisions. Though I don't take advantage of all of them, the benefits are really good.

Low pay. Unhygienic conditions sometimes (keep Lysol handy). $250 a month on time bonus, but some of the deadlines are impossible to make it on time
