The leadership is horrible, they don't back employees, training what training, it's a joke. Everybody is so worried about there job title instead of the actual job. If they are behind which seems to be always and u come in new and don't clean it up right away and automatically know the job and there system ur looked down on. No benefit to sitting in an office all day on a computer with no windows no anything, u have to take breaks alone and lunch alone , it is the most unfortunate place I have ever had the misfortune of working for .
