We wish that we would have gotten to hear from you while you were still working at Elite. We stress that we have a fast-paced environment where we hold every employee to the highest standards, we understand this type of environment is not a fit for everyone. We expect every employee to perform to the highest standards, and we operate via a performance-based system, so as to encourage our employees to stay motivated and to put their best work forward each day. We are saddened that in hindsight, you felt your experience was an "unfair" one and you felt "unappreciated." We welcome your feedback on what else we can do as a company to show appreciation for the diligence each employee demonstrates in the fulfillment of their jobs, aside from how we currently demonstrate appreciation such as year-end bonuses, increases in salary granted to keep up with changes in the economy, company events held throughout the year to award performance, the sponsorship of a 401K account, monthly birthday celebrations, and certificates of appreciation issued on a regular basis.
