Great company - Certified Medical Assistant Elite Pain Management Employee Review

I worked at Elite Pain Management (Santa Ana/Newport Beach) for 6 years and I am really liked my time there. No job is perfect but the work-life balance and the quality of care were top notch. I worked with a group of hard working and kind staff and everyone worked together as a team. Best of all the doctors there were not only knowledgeable and experienced they were also down to earth and personable. If it wasn’t for me wanting to cross train into another specialty I would still be there today.

Busy but what healthcare job isn’t?

It’s a job. I do not have many pros

The patients will do as they please and the owner will as well. There is zero professionalism and no one follows hippa. Beyond that, they expect you to behave like an executive and take on all the duties but without the pay. They expect you to run the entire office from sun up to well beyond sun down. They want you to be there all day even holidays while they get time with their family and you never do. The owners wife is the only reasonable form of communicating with the dr/ owner. That’s the biggest red flag. Can’t count how many times they claimed we were a family only to treat me like garbage
