Pros
You are doing something positive. Not micromanagement.
Cons
Where can I start? Very small clinic. The parking situation is terrible. The staff is on revolving door. The good staff will always leave because the owner prioritizes the terrible staff even through she admits they do no work, constantly on their phones, and are just there to collect a paycheck. There is a lot of inconsistencies on what is said to the staff and what is actually done. Told people would get written for being on there phone? Only people written up are people who are favored. Staff would be getting medical benefits? Signed for it but never saw it. The owner would tell you one thing and tell someone else another. She is more concerned with making friends than the integrity of running a business. The Indeed listing says they are looking for people who team players, but they are really looking for working people to take advantage of. Everyone is supposed to help clean at the end of the day. Made the same people clean the clinic, even though it was brought to the owner attention over a dozen times that no one else cleaned. The owner gaslighted the employees and then scheduled them so they would have no choice but to clean. It was unprofessional, belittling, and toxic.
