Its a job. It was a company I was told was growing rapidly and well funded.
Cons
The CEO makes alot of big promises but doesnt follow through. Was told they had a ton of money in the bank, recently funded, and a growing company. After I joined, it was a disaster and almost all of the travel nurse recruiter team was laid off all at once in a matter of a couple months.
