- The homes have a truly warm, welcoming feel, and the teams genuinely care about both residents and colleagues.
- Leadership have an absolute passion to ensure the homes continually excel, upholding exceptional standards and creating a culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered.
- The future of Learning and Development at EFH is incredibly exciting with opportunities coming to enhance skills, capability and career development.
Cons
- The pace can be fast and priorities often change, as is common in care, but when you’re surrounded by the right colleagues and support, it doesn’t feel like a con at all!

Values driven organisation

Person led
Overwhelming positive feedback from those living in the Elizabeth Finn Homes
Approachable exec team and board members
My experience with the organisation has been incredibly positive, firstly working in an interim role and then returning to a substantive post following a restructure, When returning, I was welcomed back so warmly.
It is refreshing to work in an organisation where your views are valued and everyone is working toward a shared purpose.
Cons
We face the same future recruitment struggles as all other providers in social care but this is a negative of the sector and not the organisation
