Very friendly and Professional staff. I worked with their head of IT, Josh and Head of Marketing, Erin. Great energy. Very innovative company in their domain. Great communication and timely payments.

Not much. They assume you know your stuff and trust that you can deliver. So be communicative if you don't have direction. Their tech stack needs improvement and is migrating to the latest Shopify Plus.

Salary plus bonus incentives are above market rates. Fun, and engaging work. I surprisingly did have a really good time working there and learned some things along the way. Executive leadership, seem to have a very mapped out approach and they have launched multiple other businesses with success in the past so it does relieve some of the "what ifs" of joining early stage, smaller company.

It is what it is. A start-up. A lot to do, hard and grueling at times but will have you laughing on other days. If you're the type of personal that can handle your own work without hand holding (keeping up with KPI's, goals, etc), you're rewarded heavily and able to be very independent. If you're the type of person that really needs to be lead, constant feedback, and help with your work; this is probably not the job for you. No start-up should be.
