      High retail team turnover Poor senior leadership and support for stuff Misuse of probation periods and communication records Bullying and gaslighting behaviour from senior leadership Poor mental health support and advice All cons are to do with retail side not the hospice side Pay is really poor

      I am lucky to work with a great team, but there are also added benefits: - View clothes before anyone else - Sometimes you may get free stuff - Helping out a charity and knowing you are contributing to helping people in need. - Getting value work experience that can be applied anywhere.

      I have no cons for volunteering.
