      Ellery Manufacturing provides an excellent working environment ( safe, clean shop floor with current machines and equipment ). Compensation is above industry standards and the company appears to have a strong future.

      Nice equipment. Clean shop. Large parts. Good support. Overhead cranes and lifts. Supportive coworkers. Interesting parts. Communication with management OK. Tooling support.

      Pros

      Clean shop with good work hours, lots of interesting work most all the time, when you show your good machine shop habits the management is very helpful and reasonable, if you want to work there you better be good machinist.
