- Earnings of company are going downhill every year (numbers don't lie) - Frequent change of top management does not solve the poor performance of company as a whole - Workers morale are getting lower, no motivation to perform - Incompetent managers are hogging on important decision making positions, either they don't really care for the company, or they have no idea what they are doing - The company likes to hire new senior roles externally instead of promoting internal experience staff. Most of the time new senior roles do not know what they are doing, and also they don't listen. - The company is good at keeping incompetent people around, and assign them to do significant and difficult tasks. Talented people left the company because they finally realised they cannot make a difference to the current situation - Small details and problems that happen in lower level of organisation do determine the future of the company. The company is as good as all the staffs at lower level. You need to listen to what they have to say. These details are often filtered by managers. Top management, do go down to lower level to have a look and hear, you will be surprise how dysfunctional the system is. - The company always have some good concepts and ideas, but is always poor at execution because of assigning incompetent people to the projects. - No bonus or rewards for delivering good projects - Poor communication between departments. Everyone is doing their own tasks. - Money is not properly spent around the company. We have budget to spend on unnecessary items by unnecessary people, but no budget to spend for work tools, training and developments. - Poor performance review and salary structure, little raise for hardworking staffs.
