Pros

Some genuine people worked there..once upon a time

Cons

The company has had new leadership as of August 2018. Business changes were quickly made and lies were told. The CEO's message after a massive layoff "This is the team to grow the business" was a giant lie as another layoff happened. He did a nice job to ease the people who remained within the company, just to cause more daily fear soon after. Most of the "Line Managers" are backstabbing and do nothing but gossip. There is no constructive criticism, no raises (cost of living OR performance), the sales staff is beyond immature and complains outloud when they are tasked with anything outside of chatting, painting nails, playing with hair or just BS'ing around. One gal likes to cuss outloud as if it is acceptable. She is young though so it is tolerated. Sales goals are not achievable as there are constant inventory issues and unrealistic deadlines to be met. Overall, there is a serious issue with the lack of maturity, gossip, incentives and micromanagement. The pay is also atrocious.

Pros

Office provides tap water and functional sewage system. Provides barely enough pay until you can find better opportunities.

Cons

Only work here if you're desperate for employment. They will only give raises when you put in your 2 week notice, or when minimum wage is set to increase due to government mandate but they will mask it as a raise. Training a replacement is a hassle for them due to already high turnover rate so they'll try to increase wages as a desperate attempt to retain talent. Constant layoffs, treat your full time position as temp employment and continue looking for the next job. Hiring managers have been asked by interviewees about the negative reviews on here so many times that they started fabricating positive reviews. Any positive reviews are from upper management trying to drown out negative reviews as they have been struggling to hire decent talent due to string of negative reviews since 2018. They have stopped when they realized its too much work to create new emails and accounts.
