Cons
This company has serious issues in management and leadership. Management handles problems very differently depending on who is involved. When issues come from management’s own teams, they are fixed quickly. When the same type of issues happen in other projects, employees are blamed and treated badly, even for small problems that could be resolved easily. This creates unfair pressure and frustration. There is clear favoritism in the organization. Some employees are protected no matter how many mistakes they make, while others are questioned and monitored constantly. Performance and effort are not treated equally. Appreciation and recognition are inconsistent across the organization. Teams that contribute over extended periods to ensure project stability often receive little to no internal acknowledgment, even when positive feedback comes directly from clients. Recognition and rewards appear to be more visible for certain initiatives, which creates a perception of imbalance in how contributions are valued. The difference in treatment is very noticeable and feels more like diplomacy than fairness. Overtime is very common and almost expected. Extra hours are given regularly, but there is no appreciation, no bonus, and no reward for the additional work. This makes employees feel taken for granted. Workplace behavior is often unprofessional. Frustration from management is sometimes expressed on the floor, including the use of foul or disrespectful language. This creates a stressful and unhealthy work environment. Rules are defined but not followed equally. Employees are expected to follow all rules strictly, while management does not always follow the same standards. This double standard affects trust and morale. Salaries are low compared to the workload, and increments are very small. Career growth is unclear and limited for most employees. Overall, the company expects a lot from employees but gives very little in return. Until management treats all teams fairly and improves professionalism, these issues will continue.
